A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS. •
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENTS SK-135, SK-136 AND SK-137 DISTRICTS SK-135
SK-136 AND SK-137
WHEREAS, SIDEWALK Iu1PROVEMENTS SK-135,
SK-136 AND SK-137, Districts SK-135, SK-136 and SK-137,
haaebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL`TED by the City Council
of the City of Mir-:mi Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. on March 1, A. D. ,
1950, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
