BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-135 A five (5 ) foot concrete sidewalk on both sides
of Marseille Drive from a point at or near the
center line of Rue Versailles, produced northerly,
on the north side and from a point at or near
the westerly line of Rue Versailles on the south
side to a point at or near the easterly line of
Rue Notre Dame .
As said Marseille Drive, Rue Versailles and Rue
Notre Dame are shown on Plats recorded in Plat
Book Twenty-five ( 25) , Page Sixty (60) and in
Plat Book Forty (40) , Page Thirty-five (35) of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of pre-
liminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing
and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any
other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; andthe estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedinMs, assessments and
bonds as Sidewalk Imor.ovement SK-135, and the property against which assess-
ments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as
District SK-135.
