RESOLJTION NO. 6962
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
SR-489 AND SR-490 DISTRICTS SR-489
AND SR-490
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, A.D. 1949, the City
Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
provements designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-489
and SR-490, Districts SR-489 and SR-490,

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvements and estimates of the
cost thereof, including estimates of the incidental ex-
• penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimates
of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
1 . Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of •Miami Beach on the 20th day of July,
1949, at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolutions ordering said improvements .
