WH.HEAS, the City Council has heretofore, by resolution,
extended to the first Monday in July, 1949, the time of meeting
for the purpose of reviewing and equalizing the assessment for
the year 1949,
NO1 , THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the date of meeting for the
purpose of hearing complaints for owners or agents of any property,
the valuation of which has been fixed by the City Tax Assessor
or changed by the City Council, be and the same is hereby extend-
ed to the first Monday in August, 1949, to-grit: August 1st, 1949.
