RSSOLUTIOIT PTO. 6969
WEIrtEAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida" as hereinafter set forth, to tit:
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof, so as to include in "BAAA" Business
District, and in Area District No. 19, as said districts are
set forth and described in said ordinance the following des-
cribed land situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County,
FloriZ.a, to-wit:
Lots 3 to 8, inclusive,
of Block 35 of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION,
according to the amended plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 6, at page 26, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 17th day of August, 1. D. 1949, at 10:00
o'clock A. iii. , in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHLtt RESOLVi I) that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby'directed to give at least fifteen days' notice of the tile,
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in
the Miami Beach Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in
said City of Miami Beach in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance
No. 289 of said City.
