RESOLUTION OF THE CI`1TY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MlAivil BEACH, FLORIDA
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO MALE APPLICATION TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY OF THE UNITED
STATES FOR PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT
A SEAWALL, DREDGE AND PLACE FILL ON
THE EAST SIDE OF INDIAN CREEK IN THE
VICINITY OF 67TH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
THAT M.N.Lipp, City Engineer for said
City, be and he is hereby directed and authorized to
make application to the Department of the Army of the
United States for permission to construct a seawall,
dredge and place fill on the east side of Indian Creek
from the southerly line of Lot Eleven (11) , Block Three
(3) to the northerly line of Lot Forty (L..0) of said
Block Three (3) of the Amended Second Ocean Front Subdi-
vision, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and to make
such application in the,name of said City or in his own
name as representative of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27th DAY
OF July, A.D.1949•
