Resolution 6977 RESOLUTION NO. 6971
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending and changing certain
of the regulations and restrictions established and contained
in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" as hereinafter set forth,
to wit:
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached there-
to and made a part thereof, so as to change, alter and redes-
cribe the depth of yard requirements and seback requirements
for all that certain area situate, lying and being within
the corporate limits of the City of Miami Beach, Florida
between 63rd Street on the South, 71st Street on the North
Indian Creek Drive on the East and Indian Creek on the West.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing
be and is hereby called to be held on the 17th day of
August, A. D. 1949 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. in the Council
Chambers, in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the
consideration of said amenment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give at least fifteen days' notice
of the time, place and object of said hearing by publishing
notice thereof in the Miami Beach Florida Sun, a newspaper
of general circulation in said City of Miami each in con-
formity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of July, A.D.1949.
