RESOLUTION NO. (6994
WATERFRONT
IMPROVEMENT BH-9 DISTRICT BE-9
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolutionassed and
adopted on the 17th day of August, 194+9 , ordered
the Waterfront Improvement BH-9 .
District BH-9 , and the City Engineer has prepared
and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publication
as required by the City C' ,grter has been made that the
City Council would on the 7th day of September 1949
at the City Hall in said City at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , re-
ceive and hear objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement,
and no objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering Waterfront Improvement
BH-9 , District BH-9 , be and the same
is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $1617804.50
is hereby authorized to be set up from the_. 199-50 :Budget
.the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with contract.
