A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-483, SR-484, DISTRICTS SR-483
SR-485 and SR-486 3R-484, SR-465 and SR-486
WHEREAS; SANITARY IMPROVEMENTS SR-483, SR-484, SR-485
SR-486 Districts SR-483, SR-484, SR-485,SR-486
halebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. on September 21st A. D. ,
1949, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
