SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-136 DISTRICT SK-136
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of September, 1949 9 the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im•-
piovement designated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-136,
District SK-136,

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such 'irproveme.rt and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses. have been filed
by the City T;ngineer with the City Clerks
TIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
• published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 21st day of September
194% at 10:00 A. M. the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering said improvement o
