RESOLUTION NC. 7006
A RESOLUTION CF THE CITY. COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
EN'ZGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
DEPAR TMEI`.T OF THE ARMY OF THE UNITED
STATES FOR PERMISSION TO EXTEND THE
CHAMBER OF C OMMFR C E DOCKS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That M.N.Lipp, City Engineer for said City, be
and he is hereby directed and authorized to make application
to the Department of the Army of the United States for a
Permit to extend the Chamber of Commerce Docks in Biscayne
Bay in front of property owned by the City of Miami Beach
immediately south of the east viaduct of the MacArthur Cause-
way approach at Fifth Street in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and to make such application in the name of said
City or in his own name as representative of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF SEPTEMBER
A.D. 194.9.
