Resolution 7020 RESOLUTION NO. 7020
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that the Florida State Highway Commission
is contemplating the holding of a regular meeting at an
undetermined location in South Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
desirous of extending its cooperation and the hospitality of
the City to the State Agency,
NO1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVF,D by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1. That the Florida State Highway Commission is invited
to use the facilities of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and especially the City Council Chambers as its next
meeting place.
2. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to
transmit a copy of this resolution to the Florida State Highway
Commission at its office in Tallahassee, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, A. D. 1949.
