Resolution 7022 RESOLUTION NO. 7022 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the proposal of Halsey, Stuart & Company, Incorporated, and Associates , as submitted by P. L. Pierce, Vice President of Leedy, Wheeler & Alleman, Incorporated, for all of the bonds speci- fied in said proposal, said bonds to bear 2.60% interest, and which -bonds were authorized by the City Council in Resolution No. 6950, passed and adopted on June 15, 1949, is hereby determined to be the highest and best bid received for said bonds, said proposal being in words and figures following: PROPOSAL FOR BONDS I — September 28 1949 Mr. C.
