RESOLUTION NO . 7023
WHEREAS, Gerald F. Kelly was the successful bidder
for the Food and Beverage Concession at Bay Shore and Normandy
.Shores Golf Courses, and
JHERLAS, an agreement covering said concession has
been prepared and submitted to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms
of the said agreement and deems it to the best interest of the
City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement .
NOW, THEHEFOR , BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and in the name of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, A. D.
1949.
