Resolution 7027 RESOLUTION NO. 7027
WHEREAS, the City Manager, by Administrative Memo-
randum 90-1 dated October 5, 1949, a copy of which is
attached hereto, has set forth charges to be made for
caddy fees, green fees and memberships at Bay Shore and
Normandy Shores Golf Courses, and regulations pertaining
thereto, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been fully advised as
to the nature, purpose and object of said fees and regu-
lations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Manager
be and he is hereby instructed and directed to put into
effect the rates, charges and regulations contained in the
above-described Administrative Memorandum 90-1 dated October
5, 1949, copy of which is attached hereto.
