At the December 11,2002 Commission Meeting, the City Commission requested a time-
certain the morning of the January 8, 2003 Commission Meeting to make Board and
Committee appointments.
To help prepare for the meeting, the City Clerk's Office has provided the attached report
which outlines the vacancies and term limits.
Unfortunately, despite efforts to attract new applicants, we have received very few new
applications.
