Resolution 7043 RESOLUTION NO. 7043
WHEREAS, the Housing Author;_ty of the City or Miami
Beach, Florida, was duly organized on the 18th day of
October, 1949, and is now authorized to transact business
Mrd exercise its powers in said City, and the Chairman of
said Authority has requested this Council to make an estimate
of the amount of money necessary for the administrative expenses
and overhead of said Housing Authority during the first year of
its operation, and to appropriate such amount to the Authority
out of any moneys in tho City treasury not appropriated for
other purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
CF f L IAl. I BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That it is hereby estimated that the amount
of money necessary for the administrative
expenses and overhead of the Housing Authority of the City of
i: iami Beach during the first year of its operation is :;7,500.00.
SECTION 2: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
V7,500.00 to said Housing Authority out of
CurrentFund Surplus.
SECTION 3: That the fiscal officer is hereby authorized
and directed to pay the said sum to the said
Housing Authority.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, i. D. 1949.
