A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS. •
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-487, SR-488, SR-489, DISTRICTS SR-487,
SR-490 AND SR-491 SR-488, SR-489,
SR-490 AND SR-491
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-487, SR-488,
SR-489, SR-490 and SR-491, Districts SR-487, SR-488, SR-489,
SR-490 and SR-491,
havebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Mir.mi Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. on November 16, A. D. ,
1949, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City'
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
