The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to update the Mayor and City Commission on
the RFP's for operation of the street markets on Espanola Way, Lincoln Road and
Normandy Isles.

Ramon Duenas, CMB Expenditure/Treasury Manager, Finance Department.
Mercedes Lamazares, CMB Principal Planner, Planning Departnqent.
