BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UTAMI BFB?CH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. , November
16 , A. D. 1949, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignatedimrrovements as to tuo acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same Are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November,
