BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF =AMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a, meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. , on December
21st , A. D. 1949, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignatedimrrovement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same i" hereby accepted.
