Resolution 7080 RESOLUTION NO. 7080

WHEREAS, Maurice S. Mazel, has offered, in writing, to sell
to the City of Miami Beach, Florida, for the cash sum of Thirteen
Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty ($13,750.00) Dollars, those certain
parcels of land, owned by him, situated in the City of Miami
Beach, and described as follows:
Lot 19 of Block 4 of ORCHARD SUBDIVISION NO. 4,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 25, at page 30, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
Lot 24 of Block 11 of ORCHARD SUBDIVISION NO. 4,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 25, at page 30, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, the said written offer to sell is accompanied by
properly executed warranty deeds conveying said lands to the City
of Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has familiarized itself with said
written offer and deems it to be to the best interest of the City
of Miami Beach to acquire said land for said price,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that said offer to sell, and the delivery
of said warranty deeds in accordance therewith, be and the same are
hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he is
hereby authorized to file for record the said warranty deeds and to
pay out of the funds of the City available for such purpose, the
purchase price, upon approval of the title by the City Attorney.
