OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.

AND SR-195 SR-493, SR-494 AND

WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
SR-495,
SR-492, SR-493, SR-494 and Districts SR-492, SR-493, SR-494
and SR-495 havebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of t e City Council will be
held at 10: 00 otciock A. M. on February 15, A. D. ,
1950, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements ns to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
