Resolution 7096 RESOLUTION NO. 7096
WHEREAS, ROBERT SILVERS was the successful bidder for
the food, beverage and beach equipment concession at the
17th Street Public Beach (street end) , in accordance with the
terms of those certain specifications dated January 4th, 1950,
and
WHEREAS, an agreement covering said concession has been
prepared and submitted to the City Council, and
WH EAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of the
said agreement and deems it to be to the best interest of the City
of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and in the name of said City.
PASSILD and ADOPTED this 15th day of February, A. D.
1950.
