Resolution 7097 RESOLUTION NO. 7097
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit:
To amend said ordinance so as to permit in "BA" Business
District, the operation of sound-proofed, air-conditioned bowling
alleys on the second floor of any building, and
To amend said ordinance so as to place in "BB" Business
District the easterly one-half of Block Twenty-four (24) of OCEAN
BEACH, FLA. , Addition No. 3, according to the Plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 2, at page 81, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 15th day of March, a. D. 1950,
at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendments .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in
the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City '
of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance
No. 289 of said City.
