BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY 'COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10 : 00 o ' clock A. jvi. , February
15th , A. D. 1950 it would hear any objections
• of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as • completed, be and the same ate hereby accepted.
