Resolution 7099 RESOLUTION NO. 7099
WHEREAS, Modern Vendrinks Company was the successful
bidder for the installation and operation of "Automatic Drink
Dispenser Machines" in accordance with the terms of those cer-
tain specifications dated December 23, 191+9, and
WHEREAS, an agreement covering said concession has
been prepared and submitted to the City Council, and
AHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms
of the said agreement and deems it to the best interest of the
City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and in the name of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of February, A.D.
