Resolution 7115 RESOLUTION NO. 7115
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of
the regulations and restrictions established and contained
in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida", as hereinafter set
forth, to-wit:
To amend Section 8 of said ordinance so as to permit
in "BB" Business Districts Automatic Service Restaurants for
service at tables and/or automobiles on private property
without transporting food or drinks by waiters or car-hops,
from the kitchen or place of preparation to the customers,
only upon approval and permit of the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be
and is hereby called to be held on the 17th day of March,
A. D. 1950, at 10:00 o' clock A. Y. , in the Council Chambers,
in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration
of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun and Riviera Times, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in
conformity with. Section 21) of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, A. D. 1950.
