Resolution 7116 R"ESOLUTION NO. 7116
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of
the regulations and restrictions established and contained
in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida", as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit:
To amend Section 3 of said ordinance so as to permit churches
and synagogues in "RAA" , "RA" , "RB" and "RC" Estate Districts .
NOW, TH'i EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, hat a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on he 17th day of March, A. D. 1950,
at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hal.,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least 'fifteen days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in
the Florida Sun and Riviera Times= a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section2l,
of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
