Resolution 7137 RESOLUTION NO. 7137
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit:
To amend Section 5 of said ordinance so as to permit
churches and synagogues in the "RE" Multiple-Family District
as set forth and defined in said ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that ,a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the a+th day of April, A. D. 1950
at 10:00 o'clock A.M. , in the Council Chambers in he City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun and Riviera Times, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City of Miami Beach Florida, in con-
formity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said Cit.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, A. D. 1950.
