Resolution 7138 RESOLUTION NO. '7138
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida", as hereinafter set forth, to-
wit:
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached thereto and
made a part thereof, so as to include in "RE" Multiple-Family
District and to include in an appropriate Area District , the
following described land situate, lying and being in Miami Beach,
Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 28 and 29 of Block 3 of FLAMINGO TERRACE
SUBDIVISION , according to the Plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 10, at page 3, of the public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 24th day of April, A. D . 1950, at
10:00 o' clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in
the Florida Sun and Riviera Times, a newspaper of general circu-
lation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with
Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this '5th day of April, A. D. 1950.
