WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS WW-92
WW-92 AND WW-93 AND WW-93
Wn'I ,REAS, on the 26thday of October, 1950 , the City
Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
provements designated as Whiteway Improvement WW-92, Dis-
trict WW-92, Whiteway Improvement WW-93, District WW-93,

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such iriproveme;its and estimates of the
cost thereof, including estimates of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimates
of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Gity Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 15th day of November,
1950, at 10:00 A. M. , the City Counc4 will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolutions ordering said improvements .
