Resolution 7307 RESOLUTION NO. 7307
WNFREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations' and restrictions established and contained in Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida", as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
To amend said ordinance and the raps attached thereto
and made a part thereof, so as to include in "RE" Multiple-Family
District and to include in an appropriate Area District, the fol-
lowing described land situate, lying and being in Miami Beach,
Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
The Northerly Fifteen (15) Feet of Lot 2.7,
Block 3 of FLAMINGO TERRACE SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 10, at page 3, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL M by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida that a public hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 22nd day of November, 1950, at 10:00 o'clock
A.M. , in the Council Chambers in the,City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the time
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in
the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City of
Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance
No. 289 of said City.
