SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI LEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the followl. ng described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-141 A five ( 5) foot concrete sidewalk on the
north side of Seventy-seventh (77th)
Street from Tatum Waterway Drive to
Collins Avenue.
As said Street , Drive and Avenue are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book
Forty-six (46) , Page Two (2) , Plat Book
Eight (8) , Page Forty-one (41) , Plat Book
Thirty-one ( 31) , Page Forty (40) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said. Seventy-seventh (77th) Street
is named and designated in City of Miami
Beach Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directedto prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publi-
cation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting prop-
erty.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-141
and is described as follows:
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting
on Seventy-seventh (77th) Street and lying
on the north side of said street between
Tatum Waterway Drive and Collins Avenue.
This Improvement shall be desi :nated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-141, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost there-
of shall be designated as District SK-141.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th DAY OF April A. D. 1950.
