Resolution 7158 RESOLUTION NO. 7158
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to apply for deeds of conveyance from
the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of
Florida to the several upland owners hereinafter named, conveying
to said upland owners the several tracts of submerged lands also
hereinafter described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to bid, for said several tracts
of submerged lands, the sums set opposite each parcel as follows,
to-wit:
Name of upland Land to be purchased to consist of Amount to
owner in whose name submerged land in Indian Creek des- be bid
and for whose bene- cribed in the several agreements
fit submerged land hereinbefore referred to and lying
is to be acquired westerly of the lots named below,
all lying in Block 3 of Second Ocean
Front Subdivision, according to plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2S,
page 28, Public Records of Dade County,
