BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF L IAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o & clock A. M. , on
April 19, A. D. 1950, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April,
A. D. 1950.
