Resolution 7183 RESOLUTION NO. 7183
WHEREAS, there is now pending in the Circuit Court in
and for Dade County, Florida, a cause wherein Eva Ladimer
and Charles Ladimer are plaintiffs and Antonio Victors and
City of Miami Beach and another are defendants, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it to be to the best interest of said City to
employ counsel to associate with the City Attorney in the de-
fense of said cause,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Manager be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to employ the firm of
Blackwell, Walker & Gray to associate with the City Attorney
in the defense of said cause upon such terms as shall be deemed
by the City Manager to be reasonable.
PASSED and ADOPTED this "1rd day of May, A. D. 1950.
