BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLOE.IDA:
'That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-498 The laying underground of an eii ht (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary man-
holes and. appurtenances.
At or near the westerly curb line of North Bay
Road from a point at or near the northerly line
produced easterly of Lct Two (2) 'dock One ( 1) ,
La Gorce-Golf Subdivision to a point approximately
one hundred thirty-three ( 133) feet northerly
therefrom.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of each
one hundred ( 100) feet of abutting property, as
a part of the main improvement.
As said Road, Lot , Block, and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Fourteen
een
Y ( 14) , at Page Forty-three (43) , of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
'he City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest
during; construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any
other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
andwork herein provided for; and the estimated amount to oe
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-498 and is
described as follows :
'Phe Southerly one hundred. thirty-three
( 133) feet of Lot One ( 1) of Block One
( 1) of La Gorce-Coif Course Subdivision,
according to the plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 14, Page 43, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida

This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SH-498, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated as District Sh-498.
