Resolution 7189 RESOLUTION 110. 7189
WHEREAS, the City of Iiiami Beach, Florida, has
heretofore called for bids for the construction of a sheet piling
seawall, together with place of fill to the rear thereof, on the
east side of Indian Creek from Lot 11 to Lot 40, inclusive, of Block
3 of Second Ocean Front Subdivision, according to the amended plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, page 28, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the contract for said work has heretofore been
awarded to the low bidder, M. F. Comer Bridge and Foundation Co. , and
WHEREAS, the written contract for said work has been pre-
pared and presented to the City Council, and the City Council being
familiar with the contents thereof,
NOW, THEREFOR) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized to execute said contract in the name
of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 10th day of May, A. D. 1950.
