SUB�ECT: Polo Park — Baseball Field Renovukion
The purpose of this LTC is to notify the City Commission that the Parks and Recreation
Department will be temporarily closing the baseball field at Polo Park for renovations.
The renovations will consist of laser grading, adding clay to the field, and replacing the
grass on the edge of the infield/outfield. The new grass will need 3 weeks to take root
and the field will remained closed during that time.
The project is expected to begin on or around July 10, 2018 and the field will not be
available for play. The field is expected to re-open on or around August 17, 2018,
weather permitting.
