1641-5 Aerocars Lay 24th 1933. Nr. Harold Robinson, • - Curties Aerocar Corporation, Opalocka, Fla. Dear Harold: Confirming my conversation this morning, I will taade you my acrocar, which is quite complete with radio, speedometers, compass, loather ohairs, etc. for a 15?" wheel base stream line aerooar, such as the one you designed some time since for the Hudson Motor Car 'Company. • This oar, in order to make a proper iwprt=esion must have a compass the same as I have now, a radio as I have now speedometer as I have now, in the aerocar, room for four passengers to be seated comfortably back of the d2iver c s position. Tho 7erocar which I am talking about at the present time, belongs to Mrs. Fisher, who is a otookho] er in your corporation, she will make you an even trade of this car for a 1 ?" wheel base oar, such as I have outlined. Personally, I told like to trade you 810,000 worth of stock in some of the various Companies, in which I am interested,(and one of the Companies, as a stook holder is the Curtiss Wright Company) for a rights interest in this semi-patented chassis, which you have designed and drawn as 152" wheel base touring Oar. Hy idea is to promote the sales with manufacturers of a car of this type, and I am villin ; to invest 610,000 of my stock pereonally.for the right to - participate in the results of my dfforts. The process of just what this participation may be can be adjusted to be both profitable and satisfactory for yourself, as yell as myself, either two, or threw, or four, or five percent will be entirely satisfactory, according t to the setup. It will cost me certain sums to even. make the prelim - m ary effort to interest manufacturers in this patent and in this type of car, but the last five years r May 24th 1933 Mr. Harold Robinson — f2 it seems to me has thoroughly demonstrated that I can pick up business where it be impossible for your corporation to even get contact. Naturally this should be so, through the long list of acquaintances of many years, and also through almost daily contact with some one branoh or the other of the automobile industry, I would like to make some arra, ngomonts that would be equitable and suitable to your Corporation, that would give me an opportunity to assist, and athe same tine to not do what I have just finished doing with the Aerocar Corporation i.e. having spent a lot of effort and energy and more than20 000 in this effort to find I am out the 20,003(which I do not regret at all) but I believe if I had had more control of the handjrng of the varbues contracts that came up, I might have been of more ood to he Company, and perhaps speeded up the ultimate endofthe Company, either good or bad. I think the 157" wheel base car has bettor prospects than thf acrooar, and much more speed; in the ultimate result there are 50 buyers for the 15 " wheel base car, where you dont have one buyer for the aorowlr. I would like to do Something definite before I leave here a week from today. , Yours very truly, CARL G. FI arIrR
