HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-332 DISTRICT H-332
WHEREAS, on the l7thday of May, A.D. 1950 9 the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution " ordering the im-
provement designated as Highway Improvement H-332, District
H-332,

anddirected the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such inprovement and an estimate cf the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, andthe said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk-
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, .Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 7th day of June,
1950, at 10:00 A. Me , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
.resolution • ordering said improvement
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of May, A. D .
1950.
