BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COI)` CIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-499 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Eighty-Second (82nd)
Street from a point at or near the westerly curb
line of Hawthorne Avenue to a point at or near the
easterly line, produced southerly, of Lot Thirty-two
(32) , Block Six (6) , Biscayne Beach Subdivision.
Together with a. six (6) inch terra cotta sanitary
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property, as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Avenue, Street, Lot, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Forty-four OM ,
at Page Sixty-seven (67) , and inn Plat Book Forty-seven
(47) , at Page Nineteen (19) of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation
of bonds , interest during construction, legal services , abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-L99, and is
described as follows:
Lots '1,2 and 3, Block 11, Biscayne Beach 2nd Addition,
according to Plat recorded in Plat Book Forty-seven
(47) , at Page Nineteen (191 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
Lots 32, 33, 34 35, 36, 37,38 and 39, Block 6, and
Lots 1,2,3,11_,5,6,7 ,8,9,10 and 11, Block 5, all in
Biscayne Beach Subdivision according to Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book Forty-four (4_�_) , at Page Sixty-seven
(67) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-499, and the property against

be designated as District SR-499.
