Resolution 7213 RESOLUTION NO. 7213
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the time for the completion, by the
City Tax Assessor, of the assessment rolls of the City of Miami
Beach, be and the same is hereby extended to the first Monday
in July, 1950, and the time of meeting for the purpose of reviewing
and equalizing the assessment be and the same is hereby extended
to the first Monday in July, 1950.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that on July 3, 1950, the said
date being the first Monday, in July, 1950, the said City Tax
Assessor shall meet with the City Council in the Council Chambers
at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, at 10:00
o'clock A.M. , for the purpose of hearing complaints and receiving
testimony as to the value of any property, real or personal, as
fixed by the City Tax Assessor, and for the purpose of perfecting
reviewing and equalizing the assessment and shall continue in ses-
sion for that purpose from day to day for one week, or as long as
shall be necessary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to publish a copy of this resolution
in the Florida Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, not less than fifteen (15) days prior to July 3, 1950.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of June, A. D. 1950.
