A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-138 DISTRICT SK-138
preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvement in
accordance with th. provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of
the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause noire to be given in accordance with said City
Charter chat a meeting of the City Council will be held
at ten o' clock A M. July 5, 1950,
at which time all intere:;ted persons may appear and file
written objections to tht confirmation of said roll .
