SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SRJ-i99 DISTRICT SR-499
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of June , 1950, ordered
the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-499 ,
District SR-499 , and the City Engineer has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement,
and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
21st day of June , 1950, at the City Hall in said
City at 10:00 o'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement, and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-499 , District SR-499 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and the City Council does hereby declare
its intention to levy a special assessment for the payment of
the costs and expenses of said improvement against the lands
comprising said District SR-Jt99 , and for the purpose of ad-
vancing such costs and expenses, $ 4,911.06 is
hereby appropriated from Current Fund Surplus, said Fund to be
reimbursed from the proceeds of said special assessment, and
the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with
such improvement with contract.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of June, A. D.,
1950.
