WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WW-89

WHEREAS, on the 5th day of July, A. D. 1950 , the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Whiteway Improvement WW-89, District
WW-899

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such inprovememt and estimate cf the
cost thereof, including estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once . in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
' of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 19thday of July,
1950, at 10:00 A. M. , the City Counc4 will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering said improvement .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of July, A. D .
1950.
