BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. , July
5th , A. D. 19 501 it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement $
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July,
A. D. 1950.
