Resolution 7225 RESOLUTION NO. 7225
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on the 7th day of
June, 1950, the City Council, upon recommendation of the Auditorium
Advisory Board, voted to employ Mr. Claude D. Ritter, Jr. , as
Manager of the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium, at a starting
salary of 47,200.00 per year, said employment to begin not later
than July 1st, 1950, and
',JHEREAS, the agreement for such employment has been pre-
pared and presented to the City Council and the Cit ,r Council is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said agreement, and
THEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best interest
of the City that said agreement be executed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said agreementchted June 16th,
1950, between the City of Miami Beach and. Claude D. Ritter, Jr. , for
the employment of the said Claude D. Ritter, Jr. , as Manager of the
Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium, be and the same is hereby approved
and the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the said agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach.
