Resolution 7231 RESOLUTION N O. 7231
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, is the owner and
holder of a mortgage made ',fir Mt. Sinai Hospital of Greater Miami,
Inc . , and encumbering the property located at 700 Alton Road, Miami
Beach, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the said Mt . Sinai Hospital of Greater Miami, Inc. ,
has heretofore procured the issuance of a policy No. OC 33045 by
Colonial Fire Underwriters, which said policy insures said property
against fire and windstorm damage, and
WHEREAS, said policy issued by said Colonial Fire Underwt±ters,
Inc. covered the term of five (5) years from June 7, 1950 to June 7,
1955, and
WHEREAS, said Mt. Sinai Hospital of Greater Miami, Inc. has
now requested said insurance company to reduce the term of said
insurance to one (1) year, expiring June 7, 1951, and
WHEREAS, the said company has prepared an endorsement re-
ducing the term of the policy to one (1) Year, expiring June 7,
1951, which said endorsement requires the signature of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida,
1?0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida that the Mayor of said City be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to approve the said endorse-
ment in the name of and on behalf of said City..
